Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when your parcel ships.
Estimated delivery
After dispatch, allow 5–12 business days for the United States and 7–15 business days for other destinations. These are estimates; customs, holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Shipping prices
Free standard tracked shipping on every order, with no minimum spend. Optional priority tracked shipping is $4.99 USD / £4.99 GBP total. Other currencies show the converted priority rate at checkout.
Tracking and separate parcels
Items may ship from different fulfilment centers. If your order ships in more than one parcel, keep each tracking link until the whole order arrives.
Address changes or damaged items
Email contact@shebella.co as soon as possible with your order number. Address changes depend on whether the parcel has been dispatched. For damaged goods, include a photo of the item and packaging so we can help.
